The world is at a turning point in the fight for clean air. Air pollution is a major threat to our health, the environment, and the economy—but we have the power to change that. As follow up to the WHO 2nd Global Conference on Air Pollution and Health, the World Health Organization is calling on governments, cities, institutions, and organizations to step up and commit to action. The goal? A 50% reduction in the health impacts of air pollution by 2040.
