One week ago today, we hosted our Thrive Forum: Impact of landscape fires in a changing climate co-hosted by the Centre for Safe Air.
Thank you to everyone who joined us last week. The event was attended by over 130 people; as many participants noted, the variety of topics covered and the depth of the discussions—conducted with great energy and enthusiasm—were remarkable.
We would like to thank all the excellent speakers and panellists for their valuable contributions, which helped us begin to understand the big picture regarding this extraordinarily complex issue.
There was a consensus on the need to compile the insights gained from the forum and make them available to all stakeholders. We will be working on this over the coming weeks.
