One of the projects available is titled, 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢𝘪𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘳𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘴, is led by Thrive’s Centre Director Distinguished Professor Lidia Morawska of QUT and our partner Professor Prashant Kumar of the Global Centre for Clean Air Research (GCARE) at the University of Surrey. This project aims to clarify whether pathogens circulated through HVAC systems can increase infection transmission for different building system configurations.
